Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview and Corporate Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscriptions, API middleware licenses, telemetry pipelines, and dedicated infrastructure node leases provisioned by REDSTONE ARCHER HOLDCO LLC (doing business as Archer Institutional Technology Systems, "ArcherITS", "we", "us", or "our"), with registered offices at 1309 Coffeen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

2. Monthly SaaS Subscriptions (e.g., Raw Stream Pro)

For monthly recurring SaaS products, including the Raw Stream Pro pipeline ($1,800.00/month base subscription):

• Initial 14-Day Refund Window: First-time enterprise subscribers may request a full refund of their base SaaS fee within fourteen (14) calendar days of initial purchase if the API stream or middleware has not been utilized for active production deployments.
• Subscription Cancellation: Clients may cancel their recurring monthly subscription at any time by providing written notice to info@archerits.com or via the Paddle Buyer Portal prior to the generation of the next month's billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current prepaid billing period, and no further recurring charges will be generated.
• Partial Month Usage: Once active data streaming or production pipeline routing has commenced for an ongoing billing cycle, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for that active month.
• Third-Party Exchange & Market Data Pass-Through Fees: Mandatory exchange regulatory fees (such as CME/COMEX Non-Display licensing or Managed User categories) are direct third-party pass-through costs remitted to the respective regulatory bodies and are strictly non-refundable once activated.

3. Multi-Year Dedicated Node Leases (e.g., ARC-CH2-36M-NODE)

The Archer Node (ARC-CH2-36M-NODE) is an enterprise-grade, dedicated bare-metal infrastructure deployment hosted at Equinix CH2 (Chicago) with physical AMD Ryzen 9 9950X hardware allocation, dedicated /32 IPv4 routing, and 10Gbps cross-connects to CME Aurora. Provisioning these environments incurs dedicated capital expenditures and long-term data center commitments.

Consequently, ARC-CH2-36M-NODE deployments are executed under a mandatory thirty-six (36) month commitment period (calculated on an hourly reservation rate of $0.935/hour for 26,280 hours). In the event that a client requests early contract termination, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis of remaining unused compute hours, subject to the following sliding-scale restructuring penalties:

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To initiate a cancellation or refund inquiry:

1. Send an email to info@archerits.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request - [Your Company Name] - [Invoice Number]".
2. Specify the service tier (Raw Stream Pro or ARC-CH2 Node Lease) and your authorized billing contact details.
3. Alternatively, you may contact Paddle’s 24/7 buyer support directly via paddle.net or through the link located on your Paddle electronic invoice receipt.

5. Refund Processing Time and Payout Method

Upon formal approval of an eligible refund request:

• Refunds are executed directly through Paddle.com to the original payment instrument (credit/debit card, corporate ACH, or international wire transfer).
• Processing typically takes between 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution or corresponding banking network.
• All refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD). ArcherITS and Paddle are not responsible for any international foreign exchange fluctuations or intermediary bank wiring fees charged by the receiving bank.
